Our Story
MedicayGlobal was founded by a woman of color who lived this search herself. It was born in 2023 from her personal search for trustworthy, affordable, and timely medical care abroad. MedicayGlobal exists because navigating unfamiliar healthcare systems, complex regulations, and language barriers firsthand gave her something no boardroom could — a genuine understanding of what patients truly need when they are most vulnerable.
What began as a personal experience became a purpose. Over the following four years, we did not rush to market. Instead, we spent that time building the foundations we believed every patient deserved: rigorous vetting processes, transparent financial practices, ethical conduct standards, and robust compliance frameworks. Every policy and every process was designed with one question in mind, would we trust this for our own family? That is how the CARES Standard was born.
Today, MedicayGlobal operates with ongoing oversight of the patient's journey, because we know that safety, quality, and trust are not features. They are the foundation.

Our Role
What We Do
- We are your single point of contact throughout your entire medical journey. From your first consultation to your recovery.
- We coordinate and manage every aspect of your journey on your behalf, including clinical assessment facilitation, hospital bookings, visa and travel assistance, secure accommodation, local transportation, and documentation support.
- We assign every patient a dedicated Personal Medical Representative who oversees all coordination locally.
- We define the standards, checklists, and frameworks that govern how vendors for all services operate throughout your journey.
- We maintain ongoing oversight to ensure that the quality, safety, and ethical standards are met at all times.
Our India-Based Vendor's Role
- Our Local Operations Partners are authorized & responsible for establishing and maintaining direct relationships with hospitals, accommodation providers, food vendors, and transport services on the ground in India.
- All these relationships and hospital partnerships are established strictly in accordance with the vetting checklist defined by our CARES Standard, ensuring quality of care, safety, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance.
- Our Local Operations Partners are accountable for ensuring that every vendor they engage meets our checklist criteria before being introduced into the patient journey.
- They bear direct responsibility and liability for the services delivered by all local vendors and service providers they partner with.
- MedicayGlobal actively supervises and audits our Local Operations Partners to ensure full adherence to our standards and checklists at all times.
We are not a hospital and do not practice medicine. We only coordinate.
