A licensed physician in India reviews your medicine request and medical history to verify the legitimacy of your request before you travel.
3. In-person consultation & prescription
During your visit, the physician completes your consultation and issues an appropriate prescription based on your medical history and needs.
4. Purchase your supply
You purchase your medication, often enough for several months, from a licensed chemist, at a fraction of the cost you would pay at home.
5. Travel home
You return home with your medication supply, and can repeat the process for future refills as needed.

Your request is transferred to a licensed chemist for fulfilment.
We do not help with restricted medications
- Opioid-based and narcotic pain medications (e.g. morphine, oxycodone, fentanyl)
- Benzodiazepines and other anti-anxiety medications (e.g. diazepam, alprazolam)
- Sedative-hypnotics and sleeping medications (e.g. zolpidem, zopiclone)
- Stimulant medications, including amphetamine-based ADHD medications
- Any other medication classified as a controlled or narcotic substance under applicable international drug control conventions

No. Medicay Global transfers your request to certified, licensed chemists and medicine suppliers. We are not a certified chemist ourselves and do not handle medication directly. Fulfillment and shipping are handled by the licensed chemist your request is transferred to.
Do I need a prescription to request medicines?

What if my country doesn't allow importing medicines from abroad?

If you are not, your order may still be paid for but held by customs, and Medicay Global is not responsible for orders placed to jurisdictions where such imports are restricted.
